Great SUV - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By smgebg - February 15 - 3:36 amI have have been extremely pleased with this SUV so far. Very comfortable interior design (still getting use to the mouse for navigation), excellent safety features, and the car just feels extremely well built and solid. Dont expect a BMW or Audi-like drive with sports suspension tuning etc., but it is quiet, sturdy, and nimble enough to handle most road situations. The first recommended scheduled maintenance has been changed to 5k (not 1k). I find the seats comfortable. At close to 2k miles so far and not one single problem.

Jerky Auto Shift - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Jerky Auto Shifting? - October 29 - 10:00 amI love this vehicle. I replaced a 2001 RX 300 with this model because the Lexus RX had been so reliable and low maintenance. I love this vehicle (hate the location of cable plugs), but am worried that I have had the vehicle just over a month and having issues with auto shifting while in Drive. With in town driving, sometimes when I press the gas coming from a stop, it takes a second to do anything and then it revs the RPM with a quick jerk as it if is auto shifting. Other times when coming to a stop it jerks as if a rough down shift. So frustrating because I love the vehicle! Anyone else having this problem?

Serenity Now - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Go Orange - September 3 - 7:53 pmI find the RX to be supremely comfortable, with soft buttery leather seats. The interior oozes high quality. The engine has good power. The drive is smooth and oh so quiet and relaxing. While not "fun to drive" like a BMW, it is certainly extremely pleasant to drive. Weve had it for less than 2 weeks, but my family is very happy with it so far and we look forward to feeling that way for 3 years to come.

By MommyEsq - August 30 - 4:30 amThis is my first Lexus, I have owned 4 Audis and wanted something different. I love it. I hope the gas mileage is not too bad, I have only had it for a week, so I am not sure yet what kind of gas mileage Ill get. It provides much more room for my 5 year old son.

Great car - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By SOURS - August 18 - 8:53 pmFirst I would like to comment on the issues that people are having with the nav system: if youre driving and need to find a restaurant you can call Lexus destination assist by just telling the car call destination assist. You will then talk to a Lexus representative that will find you what you are looking for and the send the directions to your nav system, if thats not luxurious and intuitive i dont know what is. The car is pretty quick, quicker that a benz ml350 and rides very soft. The quality of the materials inside is great. The only complaint is that the seats may be a little firm , but you get used to it quickly. The car is very quiet, but if anything just turn on the audio system!

By M MCCOY - June 2 - 11:26 amWe traded in a 2007 RX350 that was the third RX we owned. We have been very happy with the vehicles and the service. The new RX is a huge improvement. It rides much quieter and smoother. The features are easy to use, and the quality is top notch. If you want the best at a great price Lexus is the car for you.

The best crossover out right now - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Anonymous - May 26 - 1:26 pmOkay, so no matter what any of these reviews say, none of this applies to my vehicle. The interior quality and design is superfluous and soft to the touch though it is true seats could be a little more cushioned. The ride is very soft though the power is there if u want it. Everything in the car works as advertised and I love it. Wind noise may be a little intrusive at highway speeds, but you could just roll up the windows and crank up the mark levinson audio system. For those looking for an all around great and functional crossover, you dont need to look farther than the rx350. I have test drove the ML, X5, MDX and none of these cars are as comfortable as this RX. It truly is the drivers SUV.

Great Vehicle... - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Texas - March 28 - 11:26 amDue to my family size, over the years we have owned suburbans. Due to my wife no longer the soccer mom, we tried the BMW X5, Volvo XC90, GM Tahoe, and Mazda. Needless to say the Lexus RX350 was the class of the field...Great ride and features. Just eclipsed 1000 miles and we have enjoyed it. It has some many features that I dont know if we will ever utilize them, such as the back up camera. Im old school, I still turn around to back...I knew as soon as we went on the test drive that I was sold.

Roadside Assistance is not good - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By dave22750 - March 23 - 2:00 amI have had Lexus vehicles for the last 10 years and dont have any complaints until now. The vehicles are great however the first time we have to use roadside assistance, it was a bust. We had to call roadside assistance a month ago because we had an accident that was not too serious but bad enough that the car could not be driven. Bottom line, 4 hours later they came to get the car. At our location, it should have only taken 1 1/2 hours at the most. It was not the fault of the wrecker company but a mix- up at roadside assistance that delayed the wrecker. We have had no resolution from Lexus at all on this. Pray that you dont need roadside assistance.

Decision I will never regret. - 2010 Lexus RX 350

This car is my first Lexus and what an impression it made on me when I went to the dealer to test drive it. The ride is nice and smooth when it needs to be and is tight through the cornering. This car is very techno savvy but it doesnt take much time to figure out how to use everything. The interior is not bad although other reviews say they are rough on the back but I dont think so. Overall, this car is great but has some minor details that can be easily changed for the next gen, but all in all this is a great car.
